A no-charge software license paid for by a 3 or 5 year software subscription 2.A traditional upgrade offered at 50-70% discount, depending on the version to be upgraded 3.Number 2 is a better deal, if the customer is a UCSS customer and normally purchases UCSS for UC. 4.Number 1 is available for prospects that are not able to purchase software subscription for the required 3 or 5 year term.
