The Prompt- In a 1-2 minute speech discuss: Young people in America face a lot of obstacles growing up and achieving their dreams. Imagine you are giving a speech to an audience of 5,000 young people at a stadium in Washington, DC just 2 weeks after a new President has been inaugurated. You have 1-2 minutes to tell the audience about what you think is the greatest injustice facing young people in America today, and what should be done to solve this problem. In a 1-2 minute speech discuss: Young people in America face a lot of obstacles growing up and achieving their dreams. Imagine you are giving a speech to an audience of 5,000 young people at a stadium in Washington, DC just 2 weeks after a new President has been inaugurated. You have 1-2 minutes to tell the audience about what you think is the greatest injustice facing young people in America today, and what should be done to solve this problem. Basically you are making a case as to what the greatest issue facing teenagers is. This parlays into a discussion about (1)why this is the greatest issue, and (2)what can be done to solve it.
