People who are mentally healthy are… Realistic about their strengths and weaknesses Able to take on the responsibilities of daily living Caring toward themselves and others Able to handle disappointments and learn from them Able to feel enjoyment and a sense of achievement Psychologists like to use the illness-wellness continuum too

I’m All that Stuff! YEA ME!! friendly, optimistic, and loving. They are also able to be assertive, laugh at themselves, try new experiences and strive to do the best they can. What else is important for mental health? Does it mean they will be all those things Daily??

We are a Peer Group. You’re Jealous… I know. There are a few ways Heredity Some are just born with shyness or angry Environment Most of you act how the people around you do. You’re molded from the people around you while growing up. Peer groups in school can be a HUGE influence on personality
