5. IDEC Project Changing the public Administriation “culture” of issuing data. Forum to meet, time by time, differents Agents of the sector. Rationalize public investments in GI and GIS. First application focused on diminishing transactions cost (acces to geodata, services...) in GIS sector, and also in other economic activities, like real state or land bussines. We would like to be able to quantify the economic benefits (in money).
