2 Abdominals  -They are 6 muscles located around your stomach area that are used to give support to your upper body.

3 Abdominals  Exercising and Machines- rowing machines, leg raisers, medicine balls, core exercises, sit-ups, air bike, laughing

4 External Oblique  The oblique muscle forms part of the abdominal muscles which are located on the front of the body between the pelvis and the ribs.

5 External Obliques  Exercises and Machines- dumbbell side bells, bicycle crunches, planking.

6 Transverse Abdominals  The transverse abdominal muscle is a muscle layer of the anterior and lateral abdominal wall which is deep to the internal oblique muscle.

7 Transverse Abdominals  Exercise and Machines- planking, leg raisers, Chin-ups

8 Latissimus dorsi  Its is the larger, flat, muscle on the trunk, posterior to the arm, and partly covered by the trapezius on its median dorsal region.

9 Latissimus dorsi  Exercises and Machines- pull-ups, laying down pull-ups, bent-over row, pull down.
