Abdominals -They are 6 muscles located around your stomach area that are used to give support to your upper body.

Abdominals Exercising and Machines- rowing machines, leg raisers, medicine balls, core exercises, sit-ups, air bike, laughing

External Oblique The oblique muscle forms part of the abdominal muscles which are located on the front of the body between the pelvis and the ribs.

External Obliques Exercises and Machines- dumbbell side bells, bicycle crunches, planking.

Transverse Abdominals The transverse abdominal muscle is a muscle layer of the anterior and lateral abdominal wall which is deep to the internal oblique muscle.

Transverse Abdominals Exercise and Machines- planking, leg raisers, Chin-ups

Latissimus dorsi Its is the larger, flat, muscle on the trunk, posterior to the arm, and partly covered by the trapezius on its median dorsal region.

Latissimus dorsi Exercises and Machines- pull-ups, laying down pull-ups, bent-over row, pull down.
