5  What is Good Oral Hygiene? Good oral hygiene means results in a mouth that looks and smells healthy. Your teeth are clean and free of debris Gums are pink and do not hurt or bleed when you brush or floss

8 Rinse your mouth after taking sweets and drinks. Visit your dentist regularly. Drink plenty of water.
