1. May 2013 Updates: Colour-drunk in Autumn!

2. One of my favourite times of the year is officially here: autumn! I went wild with the camera on the birds and leaves of the season. Our suburb is just gorgeous at this time of the year.

3. The weather has cooled significantly, but the days were very pleasant for a stroll.

4. As the weather was cooling down, it was time to refresh the girls’ beanies collection. They chose the designs. Hahgoot was thrilled with her hat, as it had a layer of felt so didn’t itch at all.

6. I became a bit obsessed with the leaves and made magnets out of them! It was also time to finish the apples we collected last month. I made dried apple crisps in the oven – Yum!

7. Also, I made applesauce, apple muffins and organic carrot cake with wholemeal flour and brown sugar – healthy treats!

8. Winter was approaching quickly, so the girls were happy to get wrapped up and Alma was thrilled to wear her large beanie collection. Hahgoot has a matching hat and gloves set for school!

9. Misty, who sleeps downstairs, got her winter blanket and a fluffy hot water bottle.

10. The girls had a great time this month, both enjoying wild play and quiet tasks.
