The 5 W’s Why- it is set up by the NBTA to connect the business travel world and promote the value of business travel management. Specialty Advertising Giveaway for all attendees Printed airline travel bags. They are official size airline carry-on bags. The pricing for these bags is $1.60 each for 2,500 or more. There is also a flat $40.00 setup charge to print our logo on the bags. I would probably order around 6,500 airline travel bags. This will cost the NBTA $10,400.

Specialty Advertising Giveaway for Board Members, Committee Members and VIP’s They will be receiving travel slim-away alarm clocks with the NBTA logo on them. The pricing for the alarm clock is $4.95 a clock. I will be ordering 500. The total cost will be $2,475, which includes an additional imprint setup charge of $50.00
