Components of the Culture You Desire 1.Identify a characteristic of the culture you would like to bring to life in your district – see your foundational documents or examples provided in your handout

Components of the Culture You Desire 2.Next, identify a situation for which that characteristic is relevant, e.g., a situation in which the characteristic you desire would be especially important to your district’s success

Components of the Culture You Desire 3.Finally, describe the behavior you expect from employees in that situation, the behavior you would see as evidence that something that sounds good (characteristic) is also something that’s getting done (behavior)
