.ABSTRACT: Nowadays almost most of the countries are forcing the motor riders not to use the vehicles when the person is in drunken condition. But still in many places, the rules are being violated by the users. In order to overcome this problem, an intelligent system has been embedded in the vehicle itself. The signal detected by an alcohol sensor will be transmitted to the vehicle control circuit. It will not turn on the vehicle, when the user is or in drunken condition. And one more application is detection of drowsiness when a person feels drowsy it is detected by the sensors and it is send to the controller then it starts buzzer and slows down the vehicle.

.OBJECTIVE: The main objective of the proposed system is to provide security to a drivers when he is drunken and he feels drowsy. This system is implemented using sensors and ARM controller and few steps is to be done.

.METHODOLOGY: In this proposed system vehicle has a sensors i.e. alcohol sensor and drowsiness sensor whenever a person is drunken vehicle won starts. That is controlled by heart of the system ARM and it start buzzer indicating that a person is drunk one more application of this project is drowsiness detection while travelling if he feels drowsy then the buzzer start indicating end vehicle speeds gets down by ARM controller.

.ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES: ADVANTAGES: 1.Security of vehicle. 2.Record driving data, collision data and position data. 3.Analyze the accidents detail. 4.Send location of car and its maintenance to base station through GPS & GSM technique. 5.Sense gas & fuel leakage and display its status on car monitoring system. 6.Detect if the driver is drunk or not. 7.Detect if the driver is feeling sleepy. DISADVANTAGES: 1.Damage of sensor cannot be detected.

.APPLICATIONS: 1.For Personal vehicle 2.Insurance companies 3.Research and development of vehicle

.CONCLUSION: Our system efficiently checks the drunken driving. By implementing this system reduce the accident rate due to drunken driving. This system also indicates No parking area which would reduce the crowd of the vehicle in those areas. No entry area is mainly allocated during the construction or repairing of the road, if the rider enters in such area this system would immediately intimate as No entry area and vehicle will stop automatically. In case of any accident it would send the messages to the friends continuously about the location of the accident happened till the first aid reaches the rider. Our system helps to know the location of the vehicle for rescuing in the case of theft incidents
