Change default view to GHS format Sign into ChemWatch as an Administrator Click on the Settings button on the top left of your screen Click on MSDS Settings Choose GHS from the drop-down box for MSDS Format, along with any other settings you wish to choose for your organization, such as Short vs. Long format, font size, etc. Click on Save to apply your selections Gold SDS

2. Keep in mind that MSDS documents supplied by vendors may or may not yet be in GHS format. We will add them to our database as soon as they are received. Change default view to GHS format Sign into ChemWatch as an Administrator Click on the Settings button on the top left of your screen Vendor SDS Click on Filter Settings Choose GHS from the drop-down box for MSDS Format, along with any other settings you wish to choose for your organization, such as Country and Language, document type, etc. Click on Submit to apply your selections

3. Viewing individual documents in GHS Format If your organization is not yet ready to make GHS the default view for your MSDSs, you may still view documents in GHS format. Pull up a Gold MSDS for Chlorine Choose the “Gold MSDS” button on the left side of the screen From the Materials Tab, type a chemical name in the search bar and click “Search” Click on the material name to view the Gold SDS Click on “Local” from the Current Filter settings box above the SDS. This will bring up a selection box where you can switch to GHS view.
