The Vision Create a Leadership Development Course that allowed students to enhance their leadership knowledge Target audience would be up-and-coming leaders as well as established operational leaders in Government and industry Make the program affordable and accessible for the participants $200/student Meetings over the lunch hour Make the program “FUN”

The LLab Goals Provide students the chance to push individual comfort limits to develop their own style of leadership Offer a broad understanding of leadership theories and the practical application of those concepts Afford the opportunity to listen and learn from leadership speakers on their leadership experiences Provide students an enriching experience that met their desire for professional and personal growth

2012 LLab Student Surveys RESULTS SUMMARY: 100% of the class indicated that the course objectives were effectively met 100% of the class indicated that the course objectives were relevant to their own leadership goals 92% of employers, when asked, saw the course as a benefit 100% of the class indicated that the “7 Habits…” was Effective or Highly Effective 100% of the class indicated that the “360 Degree Leader” was Effective or Highly Effective 92% of the class indicated that “Engaged Leadership” was Effective or Highly Effective 100% of the class “Agreed” or “Strongly Agreed” that participation in the LLab enhanced their exposure to the SAME SAT Post 83% of the class indicated they were more active with SAME than they were before starting the course 100% of the class indicated they would recommend the course to others THE COURSE WAS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!!!
