7. Group Work Work in groups of three at your tables. Spend 20 minutes brainstorming changes – at each of the three levels – that we would like to see as a result of SEA Change COP activities. Write key words or short phrases on index cards that describe the most important changes at each level: – Member = Blue Cards – Group = Yellow Cards – External = Green Cards

8. Network Activities To achieve our full impact, network activities must be tailored to generate value at each of these three levels:  Activities to foster change in members  Activities to foster change in the group  Activities to foster external change
