Fast Paced Leadership Development Program Design Management Council supported: –Nominate candidates –Program involvement and delivery opportunities Target audience: –High potential and high performing staff –Staff: AVP/Associate Dean level and below –Faculty: Chairs or faculty with expressed career path to become a Chair and/or enter academic administration

Fast Paced Leadership Development Program Design Recognition opportunities: –Breakfast and lunch with senior leadership –Graduation ceremony –Presentation at the Leadership Forum
