4. Clinical chemistry is involved in the study & measurment of chemical composition of blood & other body fluids as urine, CSF, pleural and peritonial fluids Examples of biochemical components include lipids, enzymes, electrolytes, substrates and proteins

By the end of this course, students will be able to 1- Practice manual & automated routine & complex analytical procedures 2- Emphasis on accuracy of test performance, use of instruments, result interpretation, problem solving 3- Apply theoretical principles to clinical laboratory situations 4- Perform highly qualified blood sampling
