7 Leg Details A leg may be received multiple times if there are multiple Status Codes or Status Reason Codes. However, a leg will only be displayed once on the website – the latest information will always be shown. The exception to this is the final leg, which may display more than once with a Status Code of “Completed Unloading at Delivery Location” and different Status Reason Codes; it is not expected that this would be a normal occurrence.

8 Leg Status Codes Possible Status Codes are: – Shipment Damaged – Completed Unloading at Delivery Location – Arrived at Customs – Departed Terminal Location – Shipment Delayed – Arrived at Delivery Location – En Route to Delivery Location A shipment will always have at least “Departed Terminal Location” and “Completed Unloading at Delivery Location”; all others are optional.

9 Status Reason Codes For every Status Code, it is possible to have a Status Reason Code. For some Status Codes, such as Shipment Delayed, JSI has requested that a Status Reason Code be sent to further clarify the reason for the Status Code.

10 Possible Status Reason Codes: –Incorrect Address –Customer Requested Future Delivery –Consignee Related –Holiday – Closed –Recipient Unavailable – Delivery Delayed –Hold Due to Customs Documentation Problems –Consignee Closed –Missing Documents –Other –Normal Status –Mechanical Breakdown –Weather or Natural Disaster Related –Shipper Related
