* All fluid milk products and many foods made from milk. * Foods made from milk that retain their calcium content are part of the group. * Not part of the group- Cream Cheese, Cream, Butter * Be cautious some dairy products can be high in saturated fats and sugars.

* Calcium- Used for building strong bones and teeth and maintaining bone mass. * Potassium- Help maintain a healthy blood pressure. * Vitamin D- helps body to maintain proper levels of calcium and phosphorous. * Milk products that are consumed in their low- fat or fat-free forms provide little or no solid fats.
