Physical Health For humans, physical health translates to good body health. It is important that a body gets regular exercise, good nutrition and adequate rest.

3) Transfats are unhealthy because they raise the bad cholesterol and lower good cholesterol which does cause abdominal obesity. 4) Eat Vegetables which are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. 5) Vitamin D is critical to ones diet. We do produce this hormone through the skin when we are outdoors in the sunlight. 6) Stay away from refined carbohydrates. Eating refined carbohydrates can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar.
