STEM AGENDA Week 26 2/25 – 3/1
2
8 TH AGENDA 2/25 Learning Target: Experience the responsibility of a mechanical, electrical or computer engineer by completing “Sumo Battle Bots.” ½ class period to get your bots prepped ½ period to compete!
3
7 TH AGENDA 2/25 Learning Target: Experience the responsibility of a mechanical, electrical or computer engineer by completing “Pick and Place.” Extra day to get your bots prepped Tomorrow you will compete!
4
8 TH AGENDA 2/26 Learning Target: I can reflect on the work of my team by writing a thoughtful paragraph that answers the questions given. Complete Robotics Survey Reflect on your team’s accomplishments (in Engineering Notebooks) Tear down battle bots & put supplies away Begin Safety Testing
5
Final Reflection Minimum: 2 Paragraphs Please address the following things in your final reflection: How your team worked together. What went well/didn’t go well? What would you change? How your team worked through problems. Specifically, what were the problems and how did you solve them. In your opinion, was your team successful? Why? What exactly made your team successful/unsuccessful? In your next challenge, how will you change the way you used the 10 days? Here are the things you need to accomplish in that time: First 4 steps of design process Building/Computer Programming Testing & Modifying
