Awareness in Cultures Each class is made up of different cultures Cultures have different ways of living Different gestures offend certain cultures

Incorporating Culture in Classroom Invite parents to read a story about their culture Encourage family members to talk about their culture Ask the children…. What would you like to know about a specific culture? What would you like your classmates to know about you? Why do we have different traditions? Clarify the student’s concern=Smoother classroom
