Monitoring and evaluation are part of the quality assurance activity Terms of reference: Verify the correct realisation of planned tasks; Support continuous improvement of project activities; Produce reflections on project implementation; Analyse dissemination plan

Evaluation design Verification of project outcomes Focus on participants reactions, learning, changes produced in the relevant context Research on the process of outcomes production Focus on results production process, on organisational conditions, on actors involved

Monitoring objectives To analyse transnational cooperation and actions to consider how objectives are reached To identify success factors to boost innovation transfer potential Information is provided to Project staff and partners LdV National Agency Stakeholders and key actors

Evaluation dimensions Result: coherence between outputs and planned results; efficiency of organisational mechanisms. Added value: referred to partners working routines and local / national systems. Innovation: typology, finality and context. Impact: in terms of activities and events; reactions from stakeholders, beneficiaries; mainstreaming; satisfaction; local and national systems.

Evaluation dimensions Transferability, referred to partner organisation and other subjects potentially interested in RCB. Sustainability, linked to the dissemination and valorisation activities; to the effective involvement of stakeholders.
