4. Dream #1 - Family Check-In System We can add to our current Shelby system (Shelby Arena) We can use as many “check-in” stations as we would like to use (Wesley Desk, MAC Welcome Desk, etc) Check in the entire family at once (multiple locations) Internet based = real time information!

Benefits Cut down on time spent “entering” attendance Allow teachers to generate “we missed you” postcards quickly and efficiently Increase hospitality by allowing us to know not only who was here but where they were (what small group attended, etc.) Help us to minister to congregation when the need arises Keeps kids SAFE on Sunday morning!

6. Dream #2 – FREE VBS No registration fee for VBS Still provide t-shirts, crafts, music CD and other fun “take home” items < numbers for VBS

7. Community VBS (on location) Following our VBS week at church, take VBS to the community Pinnacle Apartments Adam/Millsap playgrounds Our own parking lot 2-4 hours of VBS themed activities Would include food (hot dogs, sno-cones)

8. Benefits Hospitality – nothing is more welcoming than FREE!!!!! Reaching the children of our community in a variety of ways Visible Inclusive A fun way to re-use our VBS resources

9. Money & Manpower These two dreams would add approximately $15,000 to my annual budget bringing it to $38,000 VOLUNTEERS
