They weigh up to 500 to 700lbs. Their color is deep copper brown to light tan. The Elk’s diet is grass shrubs, tree barks and twigs.

Mountains lions prey on deer, though they also eat smaller animals such as coyotes, porcupines, and raccoons. Head and body, 3.25 to 5.25 ft (1 to 1.6 m); Tail, 23.5 to 33.5 in (60 to 85 cm)

They eat mice,squirrels and large animals like deer and moose. 36 to 40 inches high at the shoulders and weigh from 100 to 175lbs.

Its coat is freckled with black. Their ears are 6 to 7 inches high and are black tipped. They are twice the size of cotton-tailed rabbits (5lbs to 8lbs). They eat foods like clover, alfalfa and other greens. During the fall and winter they survive on woody and dried vegetation.

They eat animals that are bigger than themselves but mainly smaller game. They are named for their tail which appears to be bobbed or cut.

Prairie dogs eat grasses, plants, and insects. They are approximately 14 to 17inches long. The Prairie dog’s habitat is in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico
