If you attempt to log in more than 3 times incorrectly, you will get locked out! If this happens, call 1-800-281-5340 Passwords are changed every 90 days

Everyone enters through the home page – looks different for different types of users Chick PELICAN regularly for messages, to update info, etc.

DON’T USE THE BACK BUTTON!!! Make sure you enter information as it is changed, or monthly for attendance and 3&4 year old info Create teacher first, classroom next, children last

If you get a red error message See if you can fix it based on the message Check Help if you can’t figure it out Contact specialist if needed If you get the “yellow screen of death” Log back out and log in to see if you can eliminate it Contact specialist if needed

If you need to have a “fix” done: Contact your specialist Provide as much detail as possible: What you were trying to do Log in information What screen you were on What message/error you got Screen shot, if possible Print Screen – take a “picture” of the screen with print screen button Attach with info to specialist
