Age range of children attending: Number of adults attending: The safety of the guests is the sole responsibility of the policy holder who must be 18 years old or over and should be present at all times during the party. The Parent or Guardian is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue, for the exits and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own Parent or Guardian. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian at all times. A ratio of 1 supervising adult to 6 children should be observed during the party. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us. Terms and Conditions: All Services and Products offered by Party For A Princess are subject to availability. Provisional bookings are only confirmed when a completed and signed copy of the Booking Form and Terms and Conditions have been returned to Party For A Princess. A Non-Refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure all bookings. In the unlikely event that Party For A Princess is unable to provide the requested service, Party For A princess will provide what we feel is a suitable alternative. Party For A Princess provide ‘costumed entertainers’ not characters. we do not guarantee any of our entertainers will look, sound or act like any others you may have seen elsewhere. As the Customer you are prohibited from using any of our ‘intellectual property’ for business use or to recreate any of our copyrighted materials. Website images are for advertising content only, We do not guarantee the exact entertaining promoting the costume. Entertainers are subject to change and availability. Party For a Princess would like to store your contact details for sending you information regarding our services and to notify you of any special offers or events. If you do not wish for us to do this please inform us. It is your sole responsibility to check through the paperwork received from Party For A Princess and to inform us immediately of any incorrect information. We recommend that you have your mobile phone with you on the date of the event should we need to contact you for any reason. Conditions of Hire: * The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all those attending the event and to ensure that they leave at the agreed time. * In exceptional circumstances, Party For A Princess may ask the policy holder to speak with any guests who may be behaving in an unacceptable manner. We reserve the rights to ask the Policy holder to exclude the guest from the party or event should we feel it necessary. Children and their actions remain the full responsibility of the Parents or Guardians. * Children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian at all times. A ratio of 1 adult to 6 children should be observed during the party. * Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and only allowed in the designated areas outside within the property grounds. Candles on any celebration cake must be closely supervised when lit. The Hirer is responsible for providing own candles. Payment Terms: The cost of the party that is agreed will be payable and will be for the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. If on the day you have less guests attending the party the price will remain the same amount payable. Party For A Princess will contact you 1 week prior to the event date to confirm the number of guests attending the party. Once we have the final number this may not be changed as this will allow us to fully prepare gifts, prizes and food.. We do request that should a child fall ill and not be able to attend the event that we are notified at least 36 hours prior to the party where possible. All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed bookings. * Please make all cheques payable to Party For A Princess. * Email: info@partyforaprincess.co.uk or telephone for PayPal payment information or to request Sort Code and Bank Account information to allow you to make payment(s) either in branch or online. Please refer to your surname as our booking reference.info@partyforaprincess.co.uk Party For A Princess are happy to produce a Payment Plan allowing the Hirer to make payment instalments until the balance owing is cleared. Payment in full must be received no less than 14 days prior to the event date. All payments are due in full no less than 14 days prior to the date of the party or event.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you the hirer cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges will apply: Over 6 months prior to the date of the event – No additional charge Between 3 and 6 months of the event date– 25% charge Between 1 and 3 months of the event date – 50% charge Under 1 month of the event date - 75% charge Under 1 week of the event date – 100% charge *Party For A Princess reserve the right to cancel or amend any booking. * In the event of unforeseen circumstances including illness which could result in you having to cancel the party, we will endeavour to reschedule for a time that suits. In the unlikely event that Party For A Princess have to cancel the party we will make every attempt to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable time period or a full refund will be given. Liability: * The hirer shall be responsible for all damage to the Venue and to any property on the Venue or provided by Party For A Princess during the period of hire or resulting from the hire of the Venue. Party For A Princess shall not have liability to the hirer or anybody attending the venue for the purpose of the event for any loss, damage, costs or expenses direct or indirect that they suffer or incur arising out of the event unless arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Party For A Princess. Party For A Princess do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non completion of the event or for any delays arising as a result of: Bad weather Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond Party For A Princess’s reasonable control. State funerals and days of public mourning. Strikes riots and lock outs affecting any trade with which Party For A Princess is concerned. Breakdown of machinery, Electrical failures Water leaks Government restriction or an act of God which may cause the Venue to be temporally closed or the use of to be interrupted or cancelled. Party For A Princess accept no responsibility for any form of travel disruptions including but not limited to traffic jams, breakdown (including us), accidents, diversions, satnav failure or any other means beyond our control. Special Dietary and Allergy requirements: We are not and do not profess to be medical experts, therefore it is the responsibility of the hirer and its guests, Parents and Guardians to carefully consider their own or child's conditions before agreeing to their involvement in a party. If a guest has any dietary or allergy requirements you must notify Party For A Princess at least 10 days in advance of the party or event date to allow us to make the necessary changes. We reserve the right to add a supplementary fee for any additional costs incurred in catering for specific needs. Health & Safety: Party For A Princess will provide a short briefing at the beginning of the party or event to demonstrate fire exits. Personal loss, injury, damage, neglect or involvement to or by you and any other party attendee will not be the liability of Party For A Princess.

The Hirer is responsible for all aspects of safety for their guests. Party For A Princess Hosts are Police DBS Checked for your piece of mind. Party For A Princess is registered as a food premises and has been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating by Cheshire West & Cheshire Council and Halton Borough Council. Complaints Procedure: Please refer all complaints to our business address, available upon request. Any complaint must be put in writing however any problems on the day should be immediately reported to your Party Host. Data Protection & Privacy: Party For A Princess is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you (from you) lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you to allow us to process your order and to keep you informed about special offers and events, products and services. We will never sell your information to a third party and will not contact you in future unless you have given your consent to do so. We will never disclose sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date based on that provided by you. We do not store credit card information. We may use technology to track the patterns and behaviours of visitors to our website, this can include using a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser.
