How to add new account in Po Enterprise The purpose of this presentation is how to create a Practice Optimizer Enterprise Account and an option for a consultant to access multiple practices. This will cover how to create an account (s), how to add new practice (s) and how to create reports by using ‘My Account and Settings’.

Go to https://po.sikkasoft.com/beta/# to register a new account.https://po.sikkasoft.com/beta/#

Fill out the Sikka apps Registration Form

Enter Credential Information

Access ‘My Account’.

Go to ‘Manage Practices’.

Add New Practice Information and click ‘Save’.

Logout then log back in. Select a single/multi practice and click on ‘Select’.

How to Manage Email Report for single practice

Click on ‘Settings’.

Click on ‘Manage Email Report then click on ‘Add New Recipient’.

Enter Full Name, Email Address and create a Password then click on ‘Next’.

Select Report (s) then click on ‘Next’.

Select the Format, Frequency, Sent Day Data Range then click on ‘Save’.

Select the Email Address to send Report then click on ‘Send’.

How to Generate Report (s) for multiple practices is by selecting all practices.

Click on ‘Settings’ then ‘Manage Email Reports’. Shows ‘All clinic’s indication all practices are selected.

Add Name,Email Address and create a Password then click on ‘Next’.

Select Report (s) then click on ‘Next’.

Select format,frequency,data range. You will noticed this is for all practice it will say ‘3Practices’.

Select an Email Address then click on ‘Send’.
