1. Use User remote that should be in the store. Navigation works OK.
2. Use SVC remote. But the navigation button is for channel and volume. So please use local button on the back for navigation. Only Press the POWER, ENTER, number button, IN-START, ADJ and EXIT.

Please check the Signage model information(1,2,3) before upgrading the New FW. The New FW must be updated to the specific version. Or the unit will be locked up.
The ones that don’t match the information don’t need to have the new FW.
1. Check the Serial Number
※ The new FW must be downloaded on any unit dated before May, (305KCxxxxxxx)
You can check the FW version and the Serial number in the “IN START” menu.
☞ Press “IN START” → Enter Password “0413”
2. Check the available FW version
※ Please see FW Version.
It must be V or higher, If it is not, please update the FW `
3. Check the Main OSD Color
* Don’t Push “POWER ON” button. This is not the turn on KEY
- Press the “Menu” Key - Depending on which FW version, some models may have Red OSD Color
※ The new FW must have Blue OSD Color 2

Pull Down the Straps
Locate 2 strap handles from the back of the monitor and Pull them down.

IR Receiver Connection
Connect the IR Receiver.
Allows the use of a wired remote or IR receiver extension.
USB Connection
Connect the USB device to
the USB IN jack on the Monitor. 4

※ Please turn off the Media Player or unplug the RS232C cable from the monitor before beginning this step
1)Insert the USB device into the USB jack. 2) Select Cancel or Press “EXIT” key when the pop up screen comes on 3) Press “Menu” → Press “▼” Button on the rear of the Monitor to highlight Option, then → Press “7”key seven times 4) Select the software to update 5) Wait until the update process is completed. After completion, the monitor will restart automatically
