2. SAFETY  Never leave the iPad unattended!  Can find iPad through geolocation when ABSOLUTELY necessary  NEVER delete/disable Location Services  When cleaning:  ONLY USE lint free, non-abrasive cloth

3. HOME SCREEN Includes: Status Bar Grid of Apps App Dock Status Bar: black bar on top that includes the time, wireless connection, bluetooth, rotation lock, and a battery status

4. IPAD HOME BUTTON Press Once: Home Screen Twice: Multitask Menu Switch between open apps Access iTunes Player Close open apps Three: Guided Access Press and Hold: Activate Siri (only on iPad 3/4)

5. ON-SCREEN KEYBOARD  Can be hidden or activated  Press and hold for symbols and characters

6. APPS CAN BE REARRANGED  Press and Hold on one app until it begins to shake  Apps can then be dragged and dropped to a new location

7. MULTI-TOUCH  Four Fingers  Swipe left/right  Switch between open apps  Five Fingers  Scale fingers  Will return to Home Screen from an open app

8. FOLDERS  Press and Hold until it shakes  Drag the app icon to another app to group together  Rename the folder

9. WI-FI  It can be selected and connected by changing it in general settings

10. GENERAL SETTINGS  Software Updates (IOS)  Date/Time  Auto-Lock  Restrictions  Accessibility

11. PRIVACY  DO NOT CHANGE LOCATION SERVICES AT ANY TIME!!!

12. WEB-BROWSING  Use Safari (blue icon with compass)
