3.  GOAL:  Students will be aware if the different qualities of a teacher affect their academic performance

4.  OBJECTIVES:  To enumerate the possible effects of the teachers’ qualities on the students’ academic performance.  To determine the qualities of the teachers that affect the students’ academic performance.  To find out the best and worst qualities that a teacher may have for a student.

5.  SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:  Teachers and students will be able to understand as to how certain qualities of the teacher can affect the latter and the possible effects

6.  SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS:  Limited to SPCP fourth year high school students of school year 2008-2009  The study will discuss the different qualities of a teacher that can affect a student’s academic performance and how it affects the academic performance

7.  There are certain qualities of a speaker that lets the audience feel more motivated to listen and to learn more  There are also qualities of the speaker that hinder or discourage the audience to listen or to care about the speaker or what he/she is saying
