12 Ways To Cope With Stress: exercise, take deep breaths and relax, take time off, avoid places that cause stress, do something for someone else, eat healthier, plan ahead and prepare well, and go to bed at the same time each night.

13 Exercise Relaxation and exercise are both healthy ways to cope with stress. Exercise can bring about physical and emotional changes that can offset the negative physical effects of stress and give you a better outlook. Some ways to exercise include walking, bicycling, and shooting baskets. Often such activities also give you a chance to socialize and have fun, both good stress busters, themselves.

14 Relaxation Relaxation can give you a better perspective on your problems, slow your heart and lower your blood pressure, and make you feel less tense and anxious.
