February 14th, 1920 The league was shut down in 1930 Finally, inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1981

Played on the Indianapolis Clowns in NNL and Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves 1957 MVP Inducted in the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982

9 Leroy “Satchel” Paige Spent 25 seasons in the Negro League’s ( ) 15 more years in the MLB At age 59, he pitched 3 innings Elected in Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971
