10. I would choose an Ipad 3 because of the battery power, the incredible app processing ability and also because one of the cameras records in HD. So I would be able to use it at school for projects if filming is required. I would not use a Dell Streak 7 because the battery runs out really fast, reports of the device not working at times and also video chat apps sometimes do not work, so if you had a friend who lived in another country, do not use a Dell streak 7’s video chat apps because they can end the calling.
