4. 4 Announcement: Final Project Presentation ● 25 min. talk for each team ● 20 min for your presentation ● 5 min for Q & A ● Confirmed date: Dec.-9 (Thur.) ● Start at 4:00pm ● Expected to be finished around 8:00pm ● Dinner (pizza) will be provided

5. 5 General Comment for Your Final- Term Presentation ● Define a reasonable scope for your final project ● Some of you seem to be so ambitious ● Discuss prior methods, especially major papers, well ● It’s hard to improve them in the end, but it is necessary for you to know what has been done in the field

6. 6 Grading ● Grade policy ● Class presentations: 30% ● Quiz, assignment, and mid-term: 30% ● Final project: 40% ● I’ll have another grade policy to give a last chance to students who want to work harder for the final project
