A300225 Background  ACFTU created first web-site in internet in 1998(static html)  CMS for ACFTU was built in 2001  base-level trade union organizations wanna have their own web-site  we try to find a way to use open source software which like zope(application server for building content management systems, portals) to build a new application system.  base-level trade union can create their website without a lot of technology, without html skills, easily and quickly.

The information center is just a technical support dept.

All these web site will be transferred to the new platform.  Some provincial trade union’s web site will be transferred to the new platform.  Some provincial trade union without web site will be trained to have a web site.
