19. 19 Using SEARCH on the Portal 1. In the SEARCH box at the top right of the page, enter a topic or keyword. Items from will display that match the search. 2. When entering “extracurricular,” then selecting “DCL....” in the results, the document is linked directly from the results.

23. 23 1. I am looking for ELL Toolkit. I know it is a NATIONAL resource, and I know it came from the USDOE. How to find a document using the folders 2. I open the NATIONAL folder, then the USDOE folder

24. 24 1. By default, items in the folder are categorized by Created Date 2. Since the ELL Toolkit document was not posted most recently, it is not on the first page of items in this folder. Default settings of folder

25. 25 1. To sort items in this folder alphabetically, I click on the Name header, then the arrow, and sort. 2. To get to the “E’s,” for ELL Toolkit, I select page 2. 3. Here it is, ELL Toolkit. Sort folder items, if necessary
