2 JONESBORO PUBLIC LIBRARY SUMMER READING PROGRAM This program was presented at The Mall at Turtle Creek in Jonesboro.

3 Ms. Kay Taylor, children's librarian, introduced the puppet show.

4 The children loved the pirate ship stage!

5 The plot of the show involved finding a treasure chest full of books.

6 The children enjoyed interacting with the puppets, especially during the sing-a-longs.

7 After his performance, the puppeteer explained to the audience how he operates the entire puppet show alone.

8 Approximately, 75 children and adults attended the program.

9 ALL PROGRAMS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC The Jonesboro Public Library offers a large variety of activities for children, tweens, and teens during the summer.
