Portfolio Content Reflection on competencies – All courses/competencies must be included – How was competency demonstrated? – What are strengths/weaknesses? – Proof must be strong (look at STARR method)

Portfolio content 2 Include SLC assignments all years – PDP and SWOT – Objectives – Interviews/ school visit – Learning style (1 st year work)

Portfolio content 3 Evidence of accomplishments – Advice reports (your contribution) – Grades – 360 degree feedback – Peer reviews – In short, everything that demonstrates performance and growth!

Important for write-up! What were obstacles? How did you overcome them? What are you proud of? How did you develop your strengths? HP Students: What were extras? How did they contribute to development?

Style! Use the stijlgids for BIM Make sure it looks professional Table of Contents, Introduction Logical layout Make sure KC card is complete (in Dutch)
