Results (Q4/20)  Discussion started on Q4/20 work plan:  To progress the work on Y.WoO-hn, Y.IoT-ASF, etc.;  To discuss new work items including liaison statements.  Question 4/20 discussed 6 Contributions including Liaison Statements. During the meeting, Q4/20 has made progress on 2 draft Recommendations and has accepted 4 new work items as initial draft recommendations.
