E101 left the roadway while travelling north on Lake of the Woods after a section of pavement gave way. The diver of E101 was uninjured. E101

5. E901 Date: August 9, 2002 Time of Day: 1300 Location: Highway OO Response Mode: Returning from an incident Description: The rear dual tires left the right side of the roadway causing the truck to overturn and land on it’s top. Both passengers were uninjured.

E501 Date: December 23, 2008 Time of Day: 0215 Location: Highway 763 Response Mode: Returning from an incident Description: While en route for fuel after a flu fire, E501 was struck on the passenger side by an oncoming vehicle that was traveling in the wrong lane. E501 used defensive driving techniques to avoid a head-on collision.

10. E401 Date: March 4, 2009 Time of Day: 1315 Location: Route J at Gray Rd. Response Mode: Emergency Response Description: Responding to a NCF, the driver of E401 glanced down at the map book to verify the incident location. The rear dual tires left the roadway causing the driver to overcorrect. E401 rolled over and the engine compartment caught fire. The driver was pulled from the vehicle and was transported to the hospital.

E301 Date: September 27, 2008 Time of Day: 2306 Location: 10237 Highway OO Response Mode: Non-emergency response Description: While responding to a lines down call, E301 encountered a large tree in the middle of the roadway. In attempt to avoid the tree, E301 steered left and struck branches causing damages to the apparatus. There were no injuries.
