13 It probably took the Israelites about 40 years to reach Canaan. Joshua took over after Moses died Fought with the Canaanites Deborah was one of their military leaders Eventually, Israelites took control over the central region and the Canaanites controlled the coastal area. Early Israelites

16 Finally… Although the Israelite population was small, the religion they practiced, now known as Judaism, influenced other religions such as Christianity and Islam. Judaism also influenced beliefs and practices of societies in Europe and America.
