2. If you can’t see this menu bar, hit the “Alt” key on your keyboard to toggle the menu bar on/off. 2./select “Internet Options” at the bottom 1./Click on the “Tools” tab.

4. 4./Make sure these 3 boxes are checked: Use SSL 2.0 Use SSL 3.0 Use TLS 1.0 5./click “Apply/OK” when done to save your changes.

5. 6./click “Content” tab 7./click “Clear SSL States” 8./click “Certificates” button

6. 9./click the middle tab: “Intermediate Certification Authorities” 10./Scroll down to search for these 3 items in the first column “Issued to”: -DOD Interoperability Root CA1 -DOD CA Root 2 -SHA-1 Federal Root CA

7. 11./ When you found them, click “remove”. Repeat this task to remove all 3 items.

8. 12./ When done, click “close” 13./ When done, click “OK” 14./Close your browser 15./restart your browser.
