Hybrid Diffusion System Opinion leaders will communicate with adopters the technical ease, personalization, and collaborative problem-based tasks associated with wikis to increase adoption. Networks will begin with developing interpersonal relationships with opinion leaders from the various heterophily and homophily groups. We will discuss needs and problem-based learning. (deceontralized, user control) After approval, I will develop network communication including various groups to spread the idea. First, I must receive approval from various supervisors before introducing to the staff. (centralized, top down) My main role is to act as the change agent for the wiki project.
