Possible outcomes… Number of possible 5 digit passcodes, if each digit can be a numeral from 0 to 9, and no repetitions allowed. Number of possible 4 digit passcodes, if the first two digits can be a numeral from 0 to 29, and the last 2 digits are either a lower or uppercase letter, with no repetitions allowed. Number of 6 digit passcodes, if the first 3 digits can be one of 12 letters, with no repeats allowed, and the last 3 digits being a numeral from 0 to 9, with repeats allowed. Number of possible license plates if the 1 st digit can be a # from 1 to 9, the next 3 digits can be any capital letter from “A to Z” (repeats allowed), and the last 3 digits can be any number from 0 to 9 (repeats not allowed).
