Technology: All Faculty and staff will commit to a greater usage of technology 2. Critical Thinking: All Students will apply critical thinking processes in each discipline. 3. Writing: All students will improve writing and spelling skills across disciplines 4. Spirit – Students and faculty school spirit will improve.

Continue articulation with feeder schools: Reading (on grade level) & Math (8 th grade Algebra 1-2) The number of students will increase who exceed on AIMS All subgroups, including ELL & SPED, will meet AIMS Increase AP performance, National Merit Semi Finalists, Scholarships offered, Flinn Spotlight on Success Honor A+ Application and Visitation in February Response to Intervention: Thunder Success Academy College Readiness Maricopa College AA/AGEC Fine Arts, Engineering Academy, Bio-Science Academy Commitment to College readiness/skill development: ◦ Summer Academy: Math, Fine Arts, Speech Debate, Science/ Engineering, Spanish, Critical Reading, AP Organic Chemistry, Latin Hall of Fame: Athletic and Community Staff diversification will continue Technology Labs: increase mobile labs Continue developing common assessments, analyzing data for daily decisions towards academic improvement Applying knowledge to real world/community situations
