I helped with everything: building the robot, helped design the shirts, raised money, and spray painted the box.

This has totally changed my perspective on technology itself. While working on the robot through out the years it has helped me choose the path I want to take when I grow up. Making friends at the competition is fun. Talking to other team’s kids about their robot what they did on the team and just making a life long friends. Robotics helped with all different kinds of things: from being on a team, to learning things about business, learning how to be a leader, and how to bring out my artistic side.

I really enjoyed building the robot; but through out the endless nights working on the robot. I had fun eating pizza and dancing and singing songs that were playing on the radio. I liked to put everyone in a good mood while working on the robot, because if someone was in a bad mood then everyone would feed off the negative energy.

My future goal is to become a video game designer/animator, because I love video games and they were a big impact on my life. Robotics helped me finalize that decision when I learned I could make animation videos about safety.

Besides Robotics I’m also involved in basketball (both JV and Varsity), drama, and track. When I’m at home I play video games or I walk over to the basketball courts and shoot hoops with some friends.
