3. I. What is the Water & Sewer Plan? 4. I. Why do we need it? Responsibly prepare and plan for future growth and added demand on our existing infrastructure All planned projects must be listed in Water & Sewer Plan in order to receive grant and loan funding State law (Environment Article Title 9 – Subtitle 5) and regulation (COMAR 26.03) require the preparation and processing of Water and Sewer Plans by local and State government 2011 WATER & SEWER PLAN: PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION PRESENTATION
