Network Interconnection – 3 Discussion with T1S1.3 Chairman  T1S1.3 responsible for oversight of ANSI Point Codes  Current T1S1.3 Chairman (Telcordia) not familiar with the issue  Concerns: –ITU “portability” paranoia –Potential exhaust of finite resource with undetermined demand –Who will be assigned how many resources? –Reality of reclamation?  Friendly, cooperative, non-committal discussion  Strong commitment to address the issue  T1S1.3 is contribution driven –T1S1 member entity contribution –Non-T1S1 member entity contribution
