3 What is mindset? Mindset is the way that you think about intelligence and learning. Mindset is the way that you think about intelligence and learning. 4 Fixed vs. Growth Mindsets A fixed mindset says that basic traits such as intelligence and talent are fixed traits. People spend time documenting talents instead of developing them.
