2 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience TG-3: Definition of a Manufacturer TG is currently reformatting their work into a Technical Report format to ballot within SC-18 and to SC chairs Once finalized and approved within SC-18 the TR will be submitted to Monogram Program Board through CSOEM. Current plan is that this TR would be used where there are no requirements specified by the product spec

3 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience TG-5: Q2 Guidance and Revision Currently completed review of the beta site assessment questions Clarifications to be handled with a TR and possible revisions to document TG does not intend to “change” requirements but is focusing on clarifying requirements based on questions from beta site assessments

5 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience TG-7: Lifecycle Management Draft is currently being prepared for comment only ballot Comment ballot will include SC chairs to identify relevant products and attainable levels for those products Current document includes 5 LCM levels based on available product history and original manufacture

7 Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience Operational Excellence Quality and Customer Experience New TG’s Bolting – Review BSEE bolting report and requirements of Q1 and Q2 – TG is being formed but no chair was identified a the SC-18 meeting ISO 9001:2015 – Review requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and identify potential changes to Q1 and Q2 – This TG wass proposed but has been tabled until the Summer meeting
