3. Achieving the vision Based on the Ordnance Survey / GeoPlace product AddressBase Premium. AddressBase identifies all service delivery points and assigns a UPRN. Classification of properties in AddressBase is based on consented planning permission. Attaching household level intelligence may require source addresses to be at higher resolution than postal delivery points.

4. 2021 Census: Address Register requirements Currently, we are wholly dependent upon the quality of AddressBase to meet these targets. > 99% Coverage< 3.5% Over-coverage Residential Frame Requires that all properties that have residents both exist in the register and can be identified from its classification.
